Slow Cooker Tomato Tortellini Soup with Ground Beef 🍖
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
3 minced garlic cloves
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
4 cups beef broth
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 cups cheese tortellini
½ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat.
Add beef, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and broth to the slow cooker.
Stir in oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Add tortellini, cooking for 20-25 minutes.
Mix in heavy cream and parmesan cheese.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
