Ingredients


Fish & Seafood


1 lb fish fillets (cut into chunks)


1 cup mussels (scrubbed & cleaned)


1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)


4 cups seafood broth



Vegetables & Herbs


2 cloves garlic (minced)


1 onion (chopped)


1 cup tomatoes (diced or crushed)


1 lemon (juice + zest)


1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)


1 tsp thyme



Spices & Seasoning


1 tsp paprika


Salt & pepper (to taste)



Oil


2 tbsp olive oil

7 Steps to Comforting Seafood Bliss


1. Heat the base


In a large pot, warm olive oil over medium heat.




2. Sauté aromatics


Add onion and garlic, cooking until fragrant and lightly golden.




3. Build flavor


Stir in paprika, thyme, and tomatoes. Let cook 5 minutes until tomatoes break down.




4. Add broth


Pour in the seafood broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.




5. Cook the seafood


Add fish chunks first (they take a little longer). After 3 minutes, add shrimp and mussels. Simmer until mussels open and shrimp turn pink (about 5–7 minutes).




6. Brighten & season


Stir in lemon juice and zest. Taste, then season with salt and pepper.




7. Finish & serve


Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve hot with crusty bread for dipping.
