Succulent Grilled Stuffed Squid 🦑🔥
Tender squid tubes filled with a savory, aromatic stuffing and grilled to perfection — this dish brings a taste of the Mediterranean to your table!

Ingredients:

  • 8 medium squid, cleaned (reserve tentacles)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ cup cooked rice or breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Finely chop the squid tentacles and sauté them in olive oil with garlic and onion until fragrant.
  2. Add tomato, rice or breadcrumbs, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir and cook 3–4 minutes. Let cool.
  3. Stuff each squid tube with the mixture, securing the ends with toothpicks.
  4. Brush with olive oil and grill over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and slightly charred.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice before serving.
