🐟 Seared Snapper with Lobster Cream Sauce 🦞


📋 Ingredients:


2 snapper fillets


1 tbsp olive oil


Salt and pepper, to taste


1/2 cup heavy cream


1/4 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped


1 tbsp lemon juice


1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


1/2 tsp garlic powder


👩‍🍳 Directions:


1️⃣ Prepare the Snapper: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the snapper fillets with salt and pepper.


2️⃣ Cook the Snapper: Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.


3️⃣ Make the Lobster Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, add heavy cream and garlic powder, stirring to combine. Add lobster meat and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.


4️⃣ Finish with Lemon and Parsley: Stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley, mixing well to incorporate flavors.


5️⃣ Serve: Spoon the lobster cream sauce over the seared snapper fillets. Serve immediately with a side of steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
