2 lobster tails, split in half

2 tbsp butter π§
3 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 cup heavy cream πΆ
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
½ tsp Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme) πΏ
Salt & pepper, to taste π§
Optional: ¼ cup white wine π·
π©π³ Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Boil π linguine in salted water until al dente (8–10 minutes).
Drain and toss with 1 tbsp butter π§ to keep silky. Set aside. ✨
2️⃣ Cook the Lobster
Melt 2 tbsp butter π§ in a skillet over medium heat.
SautΓ© 2 cloves garlic π§ until fragrant.
Add lobster tails, flesh-side down, cook 3–4 minutes per side until opaque and tender.
Season with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon π.
Remove lobster meat from shells, cut into chunks, and set aside π

Melt 2 tbsp butter π§ in the same pan.
