Ingredients:
1. 1 lb ground beef
2. 1 onion, diced
3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
4. 1 cup pasta (macaroni or shells)
5. 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
6. 1/2 cup milk
7. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
9. Salt and pepper, to taste
10. 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook pasta according to package directions.
3. In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
4. In a separate bowl, mix soup and milk.
5. Combine cooked pasta, ground beef mixture, and soup mixture.
6. Transfer to a baking dish, top with cheese.
7. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
