Kielbasa Baked Beans
Ingredients:
1 (14 oz) package kielbasa, sliced into ½-inch pieces
2 (15 oz) cans pork and beans (or baked beans)
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
½ cup barbecue sauce
¼ cup ketchup
2 tbsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, diced
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
½ green bell pepper, diced
1–2 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
Dash of hot sauce for a little kick

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced kielbasa and onion until lightly browned.
3. In a large bowl or directly in a greased 9x13 baking dish, combine all the beans, BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and any optional add-ins.
4. Stir in the cooked kielbasa and onions.
5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and slightly thickened.
6. Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving. Serve with cornbread, rice, or enjoy as is!
