Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or make your own)
Olive oil (for brushing)
For the Burger Layer:
1 lb ground beef
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
Toppings:
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sliced pickles
1/4 cup diced red onions
Optional: crumbled cooked bacon, tomato slices
Garnish:
Shredded lettuce
Burger sauce (or more ketchup/mayo mix)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
2. Prepare the crust:
Roll out the pizza dough to fit your pan.
Brush with olive oil and pre-bake for 6-7 minutes until lightly golden.
3. Cook the beef:
In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned.
Drain excess grease. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Set aside.
4. Assemble the pizza:
Spread the cooked beef evenly over the pre-baked crust.
Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses on top.
Add pickles, onions, and any extras like bacon or tomato.
5. Bake:
Return to the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
6. Top it off:
Once out of the oven, add shredded lettuce on top.
Drizzle with burger sauce or a mix of mayo, ketchup, and mustard.
7. Slice and enjoy!
Serve it like a pizza, but enjoy it like a cheeseburger.
