Ingredients:
1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
2 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Garlic Butter Sauce:
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season Potatoes: In a bowl, toss diced potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Air Fry Potatoes: Spread the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
4. Season Steak: While potatoes are cooking, toss steak cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
