Steak Bites




quick and easy Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes recipe for a flavorful and satisfying meal!


Ingredients:


1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or NY strip), cut into 1-inch cubes


2 medium potatoes, diced into 1-inch pieces


2 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp salt


½ tsp black pepper


½ tsp smoked paprika


½ tsp garlic powder


½ tsp onion powder



Garlic Butter Sauce:


4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted


3 cloves garlic, minced


1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)



Instructions:


1. Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).



2. Season Potatoes: In a bowl, toss diced potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.



3. Air Fry Potatoes: Spread the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.



4. Season Steak: While potatoes are cooking, toss steak cubes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper.



5. Add Steak to Air Fryer: Once the potatoes have partially cooked, move them to one side of the basket and add the steak bites. Cook for 5-7 minutes, shaking halfway through, until steak is browned and reaches your desired doneness.



6. Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes.



7. Toss & Serve: Transfer steak and potatoes to a bowl, pour over the garlic butter, and toss to coat evenly.



8. Enjoy! Serve immediately with a side of steamed veggies or a fresh
