Sausage Green Bean

 



Sausage Green Bean Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

1 pound smoked sausage, sliced

1 pound baby potatoes, halved

1 pound green beans, trimmed and halved

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine sausage, potatoes, green beans, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour chicken broth and heavy cream over the top.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.

Remove foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve hot, straight from the casserole dish.
