cabbage with eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add shredded cabbage and sauté for 3–5 minutes until slightly softened.
  3. Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble them or cook to your preferred doneness.
  4. Mix the eggs and cabbage together, seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
  5. Cook for another minute, then serve hot with green onions or parsley on top
