• 2 lobster tails, chopped 🦞
• 2 salmon fillets, cut into chunks 🐟
• 12 oz fettuccine pasta 🍝
• 2 tbsp butter 🧈
• 1 tbsp olive oil 🫒
• 4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
• 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning 🌶️
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• Juice of ½ lemon 🍋
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped 🌿
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional, for color & sweetness) 🍅
👩🍳 Directions:
1. Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Sear the Seafood:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil.
Add chopped lobster and salmon. Season with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Sauté for 3–4 minutes, until seafood is cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring continuously.
Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisking until smooth and creamy.
