Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls

Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls
Ingredients:
2 cups leftover stuffing (any kind you have)
1 cup cooked turkey, chopped or shredded
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss work great)
1–2 eggs (start with 1; add the second if mixture is too dry)
1/4 cup chicken or turkey broth (only if stuffing is too dry)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1/4 cup dried cranberries or cooked bacon bits for extra flavor

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease.

2. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey, cheese, seasonings, and 1 egg. Mix well.
If the mixture feels too dry, add a splash of broth or another egg until it holds together.

3. Roll mixture into golf ball–sized balls and place on the baking sheet.

4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.

5. Optional: Brush with melted butter halfway through baking for extra crispiness.

Serving Ideas:
Serve with a side of cranberry sauce for dipping.
Drizzle with turkey gravy.
Enjoy as a snack, appetizer, or quick meal with a salad.
