🍰 Cream Cheese Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
250 ml (1 cup) milk
100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
3 eggs
200 g (1 cup) cream cheese (softened)
60 g (1/4 cup) butter (melted)
60 g (1/2 cup) flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 320°F (160°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
3. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
4. Mix in melted butter, then add milk and vanilla extract.
5. Sift in flour, cornstarch, and salt. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
7. Place the pan inside a larger pan filled with hot water (water bath method).
8. Bake for 50–60 minutes, until the cake is set and slightly golden on top.
9. Let cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
