Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp
Oven-Baked Garlic Butter Shrimp with Parmesan Crust
Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on or off)
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
In another small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through and the topping is golden.
Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crispiness, if desired.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
