📋 Ingredients:


1 lb ground beef


1 cup long-grain white rice


1 can (10.5 oz) French onion soup


1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)


1 cup beef broth


1 medium onion, thinly sliced


2 cloves garlic, minced


1 tbsp olive oil


1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


1 tsp dried thyme


Salt & pepper to taste


1 cup shredded Swiss cheese


👩‍🍳 Directions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2️⃣ In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Sauté onions for about 5 minutes until softened, then add garlic and cook for another minute.

3️⃣ Add ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Brown completely and drain any excess fat.

4️⃣ Stir in the French onion soup, diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer gently.

5️⃣ Mix in the rice and combine well. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

6️⃣ Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle Swiss cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden!
