CHEESY GARLIC BREADSTICKS
Ingredients:
For the dough (or use store-bought pizza dough):
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup warm water (about 110°F)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
For the garlic butter:
1/4 cup butter, melted
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
For the cheesy topping:
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes

Instructions:
1. Make the dough (skip if using pre-made):
In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and warm water. Let sit for 5–10 mins until foamy.
Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth (5–7 mins).
Let rise in a greased bowl, covered, for 45–60 mins, or until doubled.
2. Roll out the dough:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll dough into a rectangle (about 9x13 inches) on a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan.
3. Add garlic butter and cheese:
Mix melted butter, garlic, garlic powder, and parsley.
Brush generously over the dough.
Top with mozzarella, Parmesan, and a sprinkle of Italian seasoning if desired.
4. Bake:
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.
