Cheeseburger Quesadilla



Cheeseburger Quesadilla 

Ingredients:


1 lb ground beef


½ teaspoon salt


½ teaspoon black pepper


½ teaspoon garlic powder


½ teaspoon onion powder


1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


½ cup diced onions (optional)


1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)


4 large flour tortillas


¼ cup mayonnaise


2 tablespoons ketchup


1 tablespoon yellow mustard


1 tablespoon pickles, chopped (optional, but adds a great burger taste)


Butter or cooking spray for frying



Instructions:


1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions (if using) until browned. Drain excess grease. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.



2. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles to create a burger sauce.



3. Assemble the Quesadillas: Spread the sauce on one side of each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheese on half of the tortilla, add a layer of cooked beef, then top with more cheese. Fold the tortilla in half.



4. Cook the Quesadillas: Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly butter it. Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.



5. Serve & Enjoy: Cut into wedges and serve with extra burger sauce, ketchup, or a dipping sauce
