Seafood Filling

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
  • 1 cup scallops, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked white fish (cod, tilapia, or haddock), flaked
  • 1 cup calamari rings, lightly sautéed (optional but delicious)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Creamy Alfredo Sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 cups milk or half-and-half
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (optional but perfect for seafood)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt & pepper

Other Layers

  • 9–12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups ricotta
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  1. Prepare the Seafood:
    In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, scallops, cooked fish, and calamari. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Gently toss and set aside. This mixture should smell fresh and ocean-sweet without being fishy.
