Pecan Cream Cheese Pie  


Ingredients:


1 pre-made graham cracker crust


1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened


1/2 cup powdered sugar


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


1 cup heavy whipping cream


1/2 cup chopped pecans


1/2 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)


Instructions:


Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.


Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.


Assemble the pie: Spread the cream cheese mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust, smoothing it out evenly.


Top with pecans: Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the cream cheese filling, pressing them down lightly.


Chill: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to let the flavors meld and the pie set.


Serve with caramel: Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving, adding extra sweetness and flavor.
