📝 Ingredients (Serves 4)
1 lb ground beef
½ head green cabbage, chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👩🍳 Cooking Instructions
1. Sauté Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic. Cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
2. Cook the Beef
Add ground beef to the skillet. Break it up as it browns.
Cook for 6–8 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
3. Add the Cabbage
