Giant Burger Pizza
Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
For the burger layer:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
For toppings:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- Pickle slices (optional but recommended!)
- Diced tomatoes
- Shredded lettuce (add after baking)
- Burger sauce or more ketchup/mustard for drizzle
Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large pizza pan or baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil it. -
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Once browned, drain the fat. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Set aside. -
Prepare the Crust:
Roll out the pizza dough into a large round (about 12-14 inches). Brush with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder on top for flavor. -
Assemble the Pizza:
- Spread the cooked beef mixture over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the meat.
- Add sliced pickles and diced tomatoes.

Bake:
Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly. -
Finish It Off:
Remove from oven, let cool slightly. Top with shredded lettuce and drizzle burger sauce or extra ketchup/mustard on top. -
Slice and Serve:
Cut into big slices and enjoy the burger-pizza
