  • 3–4 cups powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (optional topping)

🍰 Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour two 9-inch cake pans.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
