This homemade KFC-style coleslaw is creamy, tangy, and perfectly sweet—just like the restaurant version!


Ingredients:


4 cups finely chopped cabbage πŸ₯¬ (or about ½ a small head of cabbage)


½ medium carrot, very finely chopped πŸ₯•


2 tablespoons minced onion πŸ§…


¼ cup mayonnaise πŸ₯„


2 tablespoons buttermilk πŸ₯›


2 tablespoons milk πŸ₯›


4 teaspoons white vinegar 🍢

Instructions:


1. Prep the Vegetables


Finely chop the cabbage and carrot (you can use a food processor for a finer texture).


Place them in a large mixing bowl along with the minced onion.



2. Make the Dressing


In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, milk, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.



3. Combine & Chill
