Chicken and Potato Bake
This easy Chicken and Potato Bake is a hearty, flavorful meal with tender chicken, crispy potatoes, and green beans, all coated in a buttery Italian seasoning!
📌 Ingredients:
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
3-5 small to medium potatoes, diced
1 ½ cans green beans, drained
1 package dry Italian dressing mix
1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
📌 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare ingredients: Cube the chicken and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Drain the green beans.
3. Arrange in a baking dish: In a 9x13-inch baking dish, place the cubed chicken on one side, potatoes in the middle, and green beans on the other side.
4. Season & coat: Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix evenly over everything. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
5. Bake uncovered for 45-55 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender. Stir halfway through for even cooking.
