cabbage with eggs
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add shredded cabbage and sauté for 3–5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Push the cabbage to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble them or cook to your preferred doneness.
- Mix the eggs and cabbage together, seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional spices.
- Cook for another minute, then serve hot with green onions or parsley on top
